Waste sand regeneration technology of coated sand
The company adopts Japanese technology, can roast resin sand waste sand regeneration, casting waste sand after crushing, magnetic separation, screening, is evenly added to the roaster, heated to 750 ℃-850 ℃, wrapped in the sand surface of the resin full combustion, more than 90% of the gravel to achieve recycling.

Regeneration Technology of Silica Sol Waste Sand
The company and the State Key Laboratory jointly developed a complete set of process equipment with independent intellectual property rights of "wet regeneration gravity separation/flotation separation". After crushing, magnetic separation and screening of silica sol waste sand mold shell, the adhesive on the surface of waste sand (including silica sol and sodium silicate) is removed by hydraulic scrubbing, and then Morai sand and zircon sand are separated and reused respectively.

Ash Separation and Utilization Technology
Ruihan Research Institute has set up an ash separation and utilization technology center. With the help of the most advanced instruments and equipment, on the basis of full analysis of ash composition and microscopic crystal structure, valuable components in ash are efficiently recovered through a combination of gravity separation, air separation, flotation, electric separation, magnetic separation and other processes. The remaining materials can be further utilized as resources through brick making and other methods.

Recycling Technology of Plastics
Ruihan has the leading plastic recycling technology in China. After recycling, sorting and crushing, special recycling and cleaning lines such as green and clean PE, PP, PET and PA are used for specialized cleaning, centrifugal/extrusion dehydration and infrared sorting. Single screw extruder, polymer blending modified twin screw extruder and high-speed mixer can be used to make recycled plastic particles that meet national standards for reuse.
